The  WMAP test results show the universe is comprised of 4.6% atoms, 21% dark matter and 71.4% dark energy.  No dark matter or dark energy have ever been detected because the God created dark massless electro-magnetic forces needed to balance the universe have been ignored.

1. The dark force of mass attraction G is the weakest in deep space between galaxies volume x,y,z.

2. Electromagnetic dark matter magnoflux spin x,y inertia force of about 6.28G rotates galactic stars around a magnetic black hole hub or in AC domestic power is spinning area of flux-current as low frequency light

3. Electro-statics repulsion of about 25G is the dark energy force in z direction and is responsible for expanding the universe as stars are huge plus+ charges.

MKS units cannot describe a Fundamental Energy Photon correctly as it contains a massless spinning electromagnetic area of flux/current inertia attracted forward by a voltage..

Poynting Vector equation unfortunately envisages Photon Energy as an area of power in Watts/m^2 instead of  volumetric Watts/m^3 . This is incorrect as heat into an area would increase temperature from zero to infinity instantly. Classic Radiation Energy is measured in Electron Volts EV but this can be misinterpreted as meaning an electron with mass instead of just an area of massless EM charge.

A Fundamental Universe Photon  Energy unit is a massless volume of Electro-magnetic 3D spin inertia forces which can travel through deep space without losing energy at the speed of light. MKS system of units must be expanded to include these fundamental EM units to describe a photon not just its mass equivalents.

Fundamentally, By definition current is measured in amps[A or I ] /metre in x direction, flux in Webers[ ϴ ]/metre in y direction, and volts[V] /metre in z direction.

Thus the photon Weber/Amp area x,y is measured in Tesla/m^2 but magnoflux is spinning Tesla as per Maxwell’s corkscrew rule with the formula 2ПhfCosine Ф where h is Planck constant and f frequency in cycles/second Hz but to spot the instantaneous sync point of the rotating flux it needs a further 0 to360 degree angle Ф unit at dt to be added to the formula.

As the whole photon unit must balance electromagnetically it is necessary to have one complete cycle clockwise followed by an anti-clock cycle which adds to zero but exists.

 

The absorption of EM energy into matter results in an increase in temperature or increased vibration but the incoming energy must be in 3D volume form  The absorption is achieved by the photon effectively turning itself inside out to enter molecules with different parameters such as electric impedance or resistance or specific heat, but volume shape may reflect.

  

 For low frequency 50-60/cycles per second electric generators at power stations produce power in Watt-seconds but if the angle between volts and amps is not at 90 degrees a Cosine reduction in power occurs and virtual Var's of quantum power are formed,  Similarly, absorbing 3D sun light in a fixed 45 degree solar panel will be reduced by horizontal Cos x as sun varies from 45 degrees maximum and further by Cos y during winter as sun moves equatorially lower in the sky

The electrical balance of the universe is similar to that of molecules in that negative planets are like electrons that are attracted to central positive nucleus/star but held apart by the spinning magnetic field.

Note that matter neutrons are connected to the electron enclosure shell but anti-matter would have a positron shell connected to its neutrons and if the two meet they would annihilate each other.
